As a member of the company, I can feel the enthusiasm of employees for donating money and I am proud of having such employees and such a corporate culture. Although in the end only donated 13,840 yuan, compared with the tens of millions of large companies, the gap is very big, but we believe that although the money is small, the pool of meagre efforts can shake the sky. I am so moved, I still feel fortunate to have these outstanding employees. Although sometimes they are competing with the company for their own rights and interests, although sometimes they have troubles because of heavy production tasks and not on time. It was very rich and emotional, but this time, I changed my previous view. In the face of the disaster, our employees did not donate much money, but showed great love. Everyone knows that small and medium-sized enterprises have relatively poor profitability and relatively poor employee benefits. Employees on the production line cost more than 1,000 yuan a month. They also have to spend on housing and meals every month. Many people basically have very little left. . At the donation site, I found that many employees donated 50 yuan, 100 yuan, and at least 20 yuan, which made me very touched. Our meager donations may not make much difference, but I believe this is the sincere intention of every employee in our company. Compared with Mengniu Niu Gensheng’s dream of becoming a powerful country and Alibaba’s Jack Ma’s global corporate goals, our company still has a long, long way to go.
